A good zero is the foundation for effective marksmanship. A poor or imprecise zero not only causes misses- it causes CONSISTENT misses. Routine zero confirmation ensures that shooters go into the fight with a good zero... and the SAC makes those routine checks possible in any environment.

SACs are available for most rifles, machine guns, and grenade launchers (up to 40mm). They work with iron sights, day optics, and image intensified night vision sights. SACs are also available that work with laser aiming devices (i.e. PEQ-15) and with thermal weapons sights.

The SAC utilizes an alpha-numeric grid that is fixed in a very precise, consistent position relative to the bore of the weapon. For the M4/ M16, the grid is graduated in large, bold squares and smaller, finer squares.
